To overcome the toughest challenges, we have given the new-generation Mafell ASB 18 an especially rugged specification and extra power. By applying the Mafell ErgoBalance design principle, we have also prioritized ease of use and fatigue-free operation.

• Powerful impact drill functionality delivers excellent results when drilling holes in masonry.
• The 18 V drill drivers offer supreme power. For extreme applications, they can deliver three times the regular torque in combination with the torque setting adapter A-DMV x3.
• Bits and push-fit accessories are inserted directly in the 1/4” drive. The bit holder, chuck and angle head can be interchanged in a matter of seconds.
• Thanks to the 43 mm clamping collar, the cordless drill drivers are compatible with all MAFELL BST drilling stations.
• The electronic anti-kickback function provides extra safety by actively shutting down the motor and protecting the wrist against sudden twisting.
• With more power than before, the 18 V machines make light work of drilling even 68 mm holes in wood.
• In difficult situations the impulse mode delivers a critical boost, e.g. for releasing immovable screws or controlling the first few turns when drilling into smooth surfaces.
• With magnetic bit holders on both sides of the battery holder, the desired bit is always to hand. Thanks to the deep sockets, accidental losses are practically ruled out.
• Focusing on the user, the A 18 and ASB 18 offer more control, better balance and enhanced safety.
