Key Features

  • Brad point drill bit with extra long brad point (ground three-edged), two main cutting edges, two taper taps, four grooves on the spiral
  • For drilling paling fences in stringers or handrails of staircases. Only limitedly recommended for hard wood
  • Better results with the three-edged than the four-edged brad point. As alternative item we offer the Bormax 1624. For hard wood we recommend the TCT-Bormax³ prima 1664 combined with a drill rig
  • UPM: 800 - 2500 rpm e.g. Ø 16 mm 2000 rpm in soft wood
