Key Features

  • Precisely ground by diamond wheel on CNC.
  • For the plug production of European and exotic hardwood. Also applicable for some plastics like acrylic glass, Corian, GFRP, HPL coating, polycarbonate, PVC and Trespa board .
  • Long service life.
  • Place 1616 at the edge of the work piece in a way that the outside of the cutter is overlapping the edge, allowing fast chip ejection.
  • TCT (main cutting edges and circumeference cutter) 1500 - 2000 rpm. e.g. Ø 15 mm 1800 rpm in European hard wood.
