• The Axminster Professional SD315PS 3200mm Panel Saw is a highly versatile machine, ideal for sizing sheet materials, ripping solid timber and producing precise angled cuts. Built with a heavy duty construction, the saw delivers exceptional stability and vibration free performance, ensuring consistently accurate results.
• A large 3,200 x 360mm sliding table, combined with an 800 x 1,330mm extension table, provides excellent support for a wide range of workpieces. The sliding table offers a full 3,200mm travel past the blade, making it easy to handle full-size sheets. The main cast iron table measures 800 × 530mm and, together with the extension, offers ample working space at a comfortable working height of 860mm.
• Fitted with a 315mm blade running at 4,500rpm, the saw can cut up to 95mm at 90° and 67mm at 45°, with smooth and precise tilt adjustment from 0-45°. This makes it equally capable of cutting thick boards and carrying out complex joinery work. Power comes from a robust 3kW motor, delivering clean, efficient cuts with ease across a variety of materials.
• The saw unit and motor assembly are housed within a reinforced steel cabinet, isolating mechanical stress from the cast iron table. This design ensures the table remains flat over time, maintaining cutting accuracy even under heavy workloads. A heavy duty aluminium extruded crosscut fence supports workpieces up to 3,900mm in length and includes two precision machined cast aluminium repeat stops for fast, accurate and repeatable cutting.
• With a ripping capacity of 1,250mm and a sliding table stroke of 3,200mm, handling large panels is straightforward. A dual-motor system drives a dedicated 120mm scoring blade with a 20mm bore, producing flawless finishes on veneered and laminated panels.
• For safety and dust control, the SD315PS panel saw is equipped with a fully adjustable overhead crown guard that provides clear visibility of the cutting area while capturing dust at source. A 120mm dust extraction outlet requires an airflow of 850m³/hr, helping to maintain a cleaner, safer working environment.
